Tree Towne Social Media Contest Rules & Terms

 

• By entering, you agree to the Official Rules.

• Eligibility: The Tree Towne Social Media Contest is open to legal residents of Florida who enter on one of Tree Towne's social media channels. Entrants must be 18 or older to qualify. Tree Towne's employees and their immediate family members are ineligible to participate.

• Sponsorship: Tree Towne (Seasonal Enterprises Inc.) is the Sponsor of the contest.

• Agreement to Rules: By entering this contest, you agree to abide by the Sponsor's Official Rules. The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry at its sole discretion.

• Entry Period: The promotion begins on November 27th at 9:00 AM EST and ends the week before Christmas or until Tree Towne closes.

• How to Enter: Enter by posting a photo taken at Tree Towne or of a Tree Towne Christmas Tree and tagging @visitourtowne on either Facebook and/or Instagram. Entries must meet all requirements in the Official Rules to be eligible. Fraudulent methods of entry may result in disqualification.

• Prizes: The Winner of the Tree Towne Social Media Contest will receive a $100 Visa Gift card. The prize is non-transferable, and the Winner is responsible for any taxes.

• Odds: The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

• Selection and Notification of Winner: The Winner will be chosen by Tree Towne staff and notified by direct message in late December 2024. Failure to respond to DM within 48 hours or non-compliance with rules may result in forfeiture. If the first Winner does not respond in 48 hours another Winner will be chosen. 

• Rights Granted by You: By entering, you grant the Sponsor the right to use your submission for promotional purposes (such as posting the winner's first name on the Tree Towne website and/or announcing the winner's first name and entry location on social media)

• Terms & Conditions: The Sponsor may modify, suspend, or cancel the contest for certain reasons. Tampering with the contest or violating these rules may result in disqualification.

• Limitation of Liability: You release the Sponsor from any claims or damages related to participation in the Tree Towne Social Media Contest.

• Disputes: Any disputes will be resolved in a court in Florida. You waive the right to seek punitive or consequential damages.

• Privacy Policy: Information submitted is subject to the Privacy Policy on the Tree Towne website.

• No purchase is necessary to enter. 

• This contest is in no way affiliated with COSORI or Meta. 

 

 

The Green Slip Sweepstakes Rules & Terms​

• Eligibility: The Green Slip Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of Florida who sign up at one of Tree Towne's 5 locations. Entrants must be 18 or older to qualify. Tree Towne's employees and their immediate family members are ineligible to participate.

• Sponsorship: Tree Towne (Seasonal Enterprises Inc.) is the sponsor of the sweepstakes.

• Agreement to Rules: By entering this sweepstakes, you agree to abide by the Sponsor's Official Rules. The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry at its sole discretion.

• Entry Period: The promotion begins on November 25th at 9:00 EST and ends on Tree Towne's closing date (TBD).

• How to Enter: Enter by filling out a green slip at any of Tree Towne's 5 locations. Entries must meet all requirements in the Official Rules to be eligible. Fraudulent methods of entry may result in disqualification.

• Prizes: The Winner of the Green Slip Sweepstakes will receive a Solo Stove Backyard Bonfire Bundle. The prize is non-transferable, and the Winner is responsible for any taxes.

• Odds: The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

• Selection and Notification of Winner: The Winner will be selected at random and notified by email and/or phone within 14 days of Tree Towne's closing date (TBD). Failure to claim the prize within 7 days or non-compliance with rules may result in forfeiture. If the Winner does not respond to email or phone calls within 7 days, another Winner will be chosen.
