Important information about our Christmas Tree Delivery and Setup Service
BE PREPARED: Please ensure that you have the proper tree stand for the size of the tree purchased. If you need a tree stand, you may purchase a high-quality Cinco stand from us. We recommend that you take steps to protect your floors and carpet from the set-up process as we are not liable for damage to unprotected carpet and flooring.
DELIVERY DATE: Please choose your preferred delivery date, will do our best to accommodate your request. Once we receive your order, we will contact you closer to the delivery day to confirm a time. We only accept next-day deliveries until 4 pm the day prior, so please keep that in mind when choosing a delivery day.
ORDER NOTES: On the cart page you have the ability to add an order note. Please use the space to give us any special delivery information such as if your community is gated or how to best locate the house/office.
ADD-ONS: Add-on items such as tree stands, garlands, wreaths, and tree accessories are meant to be added to a Christmas tree order. We do not sell or deliver these items separately.
